The history of the Premia Tallinna Külmhoone (Cold Storage) dates back to 1956, when the factory, located on Peterburi Road, started to produce ice cream. From that time, the master craftsmen at the Premia Tallinna Külmhoone have been dedicated to learning the secrets of producing delicious ice cream.
Frozen food
35% of Premia Foods’ total turnover is comprised of frozen food products (vegetables, pelmeni, meat products, pizzas, dough products, etc.), which the company has been selling in the Baltic countries for over 10 years. The range of Premia frozen food products has been designed with local taste preferences in mind and the assortment is being constantly updated with new and interesting products and flavors.
Chilled food
40% of Premia Foods’ total turnover is provided by chilled fish products from Saaremere Kala. Tasty fish products of trout, Atlantic char and Norwegian salmon, that are bred at our Swedish and Finnish fish farms, are produced in the modern Vettel factory located in Saaremaa on the Vätta peninsula.
