Premia is looking for Estonia's dream ice-cream!

Today the ice-cream company Premia Tallinna Külmhoone began searching for Estonia's most desired ice-cream by conducting a survey. The campaign ends in August this year when the most popular ice-cream flavour is chosen with the help of a national poll and the jury. This is followed by the standard manufacture and marketing processes.

"Premia is Estonia's oldest ice-cream manufacturer and has been making ice cream for 55 years, we have offered special-flavoured ice-creams to celebrate our Independence Day and Olympic Regatta. But now we would like to know the properties of Estonia's dream ice-cream, after which we can start making and marketing it, thus, writing a new chapter in Estonia's ice-cream making history," said Kuldar Leis, COB of Premia Tallinna Külmhoone.
"The campaign is simple and modern in its nature - all ice-cream-related wishes are welcome on our web page and people vote which of these wishes and ideas they find most attractive. Three most popular ideas make their way to the final evaluation where sample ice-creams are made, among which the jury picks the best. And with the help of the author, this very same ice-cream is marketed next summer at the latest." he explained.

The search for the dream ice-cream starts today and the recipes or just wishes can be sent until June 20th. At the same time the national voting is held at the web page www.premia.ee/unistus, based on which three most popular ideas are determined and later turned into initial sample products. The jury summons and announces its final choice in August this year. The winning ice-cream can be purchased in Estonia in the summer of 2012 at the latest.
